Common questions about anxiety therapy

  • Anxiety therapy sessions are going to be unique each week, as we work together to identify the roots of your anxiety and collaborate in developing effective coping skills.

    We will work to identify cycles currently keeping you stuck and ways to adapt the cycle so it is works in conjunction with your goals and aspirations in life.

  • This varies greatly from person to person.

    For some, a few sessions is enough.
    For others, they desire a longer-term therapeutic journey.

    I cannot give a precise estimate without meeting you, but please rest assured that I do my best to keep communication open as we work towards your goals.
